Healthy Prostate is essential for male fertility but not for his erections. Prostate gland just happens to enlarge, rather than shrink, with age. For reasons still unclear, the prostate continues to grow bigger as a man gets older and this the cause of the urination issues in almost all men by age 65. It also associated with sexual dysfunction. The common concern is – the chance for solid cancer in the prostate. But screening is much easier, involving a quick rectal exam and blood testing for PSA. Ayurveda offer an easy way to keep your prostate shrink and happy.

According to Ayurveda, our vata energy increases as we age. The later stage of life is known as Vata phase. In males it becomes morbid and this contributes to benign prostate enlargement. The prostate is located in the area of the body that is regulated by the energy of Apana vata. which includes the colon, lower abdomen, elimination, and reproductive areas. Due to the fact that the prostate is governed by Apana Vata, whatever aggravates Apana Vata creates pressure on the prostate. Pathology starts and contributes to BPH and can lead to Prostate cancer.

Several factors are responsible for causation of prostate enlargement. The most common are improper diet and drinking habits leading to indigestion and inflammation. Lack of inadequate fluids in the body, excessive alcohol intake or caffeinated beverages are also responsible for vitiation of Apana Vata. Ayurveda recommends simple treatment modalities such as panchakarma therapies, internal medications, activities, advice of food and lifestyle changes.

Ayurvedic remedies are efficient to shrink the prostate gland. The Prostate Reg is a formulation developed by Prof. Ivan Szalkai of Miskolc University, Hungary and processed by Ayurveda Acharya Dr. Mukesh D Jain of Bhilai, India. It is a blend of Varunadi Vati, Kanchnar Guggul, Clove, Cinnamon, processed with 95% Curcumin, 95% Piperine and Yashad Bhasma. This investigational remedy is targeted to block alpha one-receptor-mediated sympathetic stimulation. The alpha 1-blockers reduce smooth muscle tone in the prostate and result in rapid improvements in urinary symptoms and flow. The active principle of Prostate Reg relieves urinary symptoms associated with prostate enlargement, decreases the size of the gland, improves urinary flow and helps in near complete emptying of the bladder thus decreasing urine retention. This helps to relieve symptoms of prostate enlargement.

Protect Heart and Lungs to increase life expectancy of DMD boys.

DMD is a progressive muscle weakness with an unfavourable prognosis and a limited life expectancy. Causes of death is acute pneumonia, cardiac arrest, acute respiratory distress and multi-organ failure. Main cause remains cardio-respiratory failure. Ventilatory failure from muscle weakness requires mechanical support for ventilation and coughing. Today non-invasive positive-pressure ventilation is the method of choice for supportive long-term mechanical ventilation in DMD. Mechanical in-insufflator is popular device for assisted coughing. Though DMD is ultimately a fatal disease, quality of life and life expectancy can be markedly improved if cardiopulmonary manifestations are adequately treated. The effect of yogic practices on the cardio-autonomic functions has been demonstrated in various neurological conditions and may prove beneficial in DMD.

It is the vital force Prana that makes us alive. The main operative site of Prana is two vital organs, the lung and heart which operate 24/7 effectively for us to live healthily. These major organs require a lot of nutrition, a balanced diet and proper care to ensure it works well. As per the World Health Organization, 92% of the world’s population is breathing polluted air. The harmful tiny toxic elements can diffuse deep into the respiratory and cardiovascular system damaging them and leading to untimely death.

In several Indian metro cities, air pollution is the primary trigger for breathing problems in children and the elderly. There are several therapies and remedies that support our Prana system. Ayurvedic Nasyam Karma is simple therapy includes the installation of medicated drops through the nostrils which prevents allergies caused by air pollutants. Yogic breathing exercises like pranayama, kapal bhati etc. can be of significant help in cleansing the airway and combating the ill effects of pollution. Some Rasayana medicines like Mamsagni and Sukumar Guggul Rasayana can be consumed on a regular basis to strengthen the respiratory and immune system. Herbal support of Arjuna and Pippali can protect your heart and lung.

Heart rate variability (HRV) is shown to be a predictor of cardio-autonomic function. Physiotherapy along with Yogic support (Physio-Yoga) is advised for these children as a regular treatment for maintaining their functional status.

Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) promotes heart health. The efficacy of Arjuna as an anti-ischemic agent, a potent antioxidant, and an antiatherogenic agent has been amply demonstrated in various clinical studies. The arjuna extract significantly lowered systolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, and triglyceride levels. Arjuna as supportive supplement is safe for lasting relief in symptoms and signs of heart failure along with improvement in left ventricular ejection phase indices with definite improvement in quality of life.

Sukumar Guggul Rasayana is unique blend of Guggulipids, Withania somnifera, Inula racemosa, processed with Shilajeet and Yashad bhasma. It is efficient formula to prevent cardiomyopathy. Similarly Mamsagni Rasayana is excellent formula of Boswellia serrata, Withania somnifera processed with Curcumin and gold bhasma.

Pippali is an ultimate safe ayurvedic remedy for all sorts of respiratory disorders like asthma, bronchitis, cough and cold. Pippali provides relief from cough and congestion and also helps in removing phlegm deposits from the respiratory tract. It removes the obstruction of mucus and improve flow of Prana. The small (Chhoti) variety of Pippali suppresses inflammation of both acute and sub acute phase while large (Badi) variety of Pippali is efficient in acute phase of respiratory distress.

Mind-Body Detoxification for Gastro-intestinal Health

admin No Comments

Gastrointestinal disorders such as constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, haemorrhoids, anal fissures, perianal abscesses, anal fistulas, perianal infections, diverticular diseases, colitis, colon polyps and cancer are common in present era.. Attention is needed to our gut-brain connection – it may contribute to our anxiety and digestion problems. Meditation with breath awareness is efficient to regulate neuro-transmission. Ayurveda recommends five basic agenda to deal with this problem. (1) Meditation (2) Lifestyle (3) Nutrition (4) Herbs and special dietary supplements and (5) Cellular Detoxification and Rejuvenation techniques to improve the quality of the extracellular fluid which influences genetic expression (Science of Epigenetics).

Our brain has a direct effect on the stomach and intestines. The the very thought of eating can release the stomach’s juices before food gets there. This connection goes both ways. A troubled intestine can send signals to the brain, just as a troubled brain can send signals to the gut. Therefore, a person’s stomach or intestinal distress can be the cause or the product of anxiety, stress, or depression. That’s because the brain and the gastrointestinal system are intimately connected.

Ayurveda believes that we accumulate toxins during the normal process of living either because of too much toxins in the environment (Toxic food, water and air and radiation) or because of faulty digestion and elimination because of the poor digestion . When the intelligence of the body can’t eliminate these toxins naturally, toxins accumulate in the body in various tissues and organs causing various diseases. Ayurveda calls these toxins as AMA. Superimposed by stress, overeating and unprocessed emotions these AMA become the nidus for chronic diseases.

How to solve the problem?
Ayurveda recommends five basic agenda to deal with this problem. (1) Meditation (2) Lifestyle (3) Nutrition (4) Herbs and special dietary supplements to augment homeostasis (internal balance) and (5) Cellular Detoxification and Rejuvenation techniques (Panchakarma and Rasayana therapies) to improve the quality of the extracellular fluid which influences genetic expression (Science of Epigenetics). This is extremely helpful in management of chronic illnesses like Auto-immune diseases, arthritis, gastrointestinal diseases, recovery from cancer and major surgeries, Diabetes, skin conditions and degenerative neurological diseases. It is also one of the best techniques to prevent disease and slow down ageing.

Mind-body Detoxification detoxification are important. Even digital detoxification will be needed. A digital detox refers to a period of time when a person refrains from using tech devices such as smartphones, televisions, computers, tablets, and social media sites. “Detoxing” from digital devices is often seen as a way to focus on real-life social interactions without distractions. Thus not only medications but also meditation with breath awareness will be needed. This will help to regulate the neuro-transmission in the brain. Ayurvedic supplement viz Intestinal Care is an easy and safe dietary supplement to deal with gastro-intestinal issues. It provide lasting relief to several abdominal problems.

Ayurvedic Treatment for Uterine Fibroids

admin No Comments

The best Ayurvedic treatment for fibroid depends on individual condition of the patient. Her fibroid symptoms, age, current body weight and whether she wants children. Many factors go into choosing the best treatment for fibroids. Ayurvedic therapies and remedies are effective treatment modality in uterine fibroid. Agni Rasayana, Omni Amritam, Curcumin and Praval Pisti are efficient Ayurvedic medicine for uterine fibroids.

Uterine fibroid, a noncancerous growth of the uterus that often appear during childbearing age of female and also known as fibromyomas, leiomyoma or myomas; is one such gynaecological disorder which is posing a major health problem. Women can develop uterine fibroids of various sizes; some may be tiny and cause no physical deformities while others can become larger and evoke deformation.

Fibroids are also very vascular. ‘Vascular’ is a medical term that means a strong and well-developed blood vessel system to carry oxygen and nutrients to living tissue. The fact that fibroids are vascular means that surgically removing is often bloody and debilitating. It’s also the reason most repeat fibroid surgeries. Fibroids are like weeds. Leave behind any roots (the fibroid-feeding blood vessels) and they usually grow back.

Abdominal pain, serious menstrual bleeding, and long menstrual cycles may be characteristic symptoms of uterine fibroids; a proper diagnosis would necessitate a pelvic examination or ultrasound. Women may experience a singular occurrence of uterine fibroids, or may develop them several times over; fortunately, it is comparatively rare for these growths to transform into cancer or advance the risk of uterine cancer.

Where do Fibroids Grow?

Sub mucosal fibroids grow inside the uterine cavity. This is the space where a growing baby lives. Fibroids here can cause very heavy menstrual bleeding, fertility problems, and issues with carrying or delivering a child. Large fibroids in this area can also enlarge the uterus to resemble extreme weight gain or a pregnancy-type belly.
Intramural fibroids grow within the muscular wall of the uterus. This is the muscular area that contracts when giving birth. Fibroids growing in this area can cause pelvic pain, abnormal menstrual cycles, and uncomfortable pressure. A uterine wall full of fibroids often means intense and frequent cramping.
Subserosal fibroids grow on the outside wall of the uterus. This produces fibroid symptoms like back pain and bladder pressure as growing fibroids press on nerve endings and/or other organs in the body.
Pedunculated fibroids describe fibroids that grow on stalks, like mushrooms. They can emerge from either the inside or outside uterine walls. A twisted or impeded stalk will cause severe pelvic pain.

Ayurvedic Perspective

According to Ayurveda, uterine fibroids are caused due to an imbalance in all the doshas, in particular, the kapha dosha. The other doshas are also involved – if there is bleeding, it means the pitta is aggravated, and the uterus being the spot of the Apana vata, a fault in the vata is implied. Ayurvedic treatment agenda focuses on balancing of Vata-Kapha energies and Lekhana (reducing) therapies. Ayurvedic therapies and remedies are effective treatment modality in uterine fibroid. Agni Rasayana, Omni Amritam, Curcumin and Praval Pisti are efficient Ayurvedic medicine for uterine fibroids

Perspective of Medical Cannabis in Ayurveda

admin No Comments

The idea of overcoming worldly pain and miseries has kept engaged the philosophers and scientists of all the age. Psychotropic were in use throughout the history in almost every culture. Cannabis is one of the widely known psychotropic which is natural product and not a drug. Indian government scientists are looking into ways to tap into medical uses of cannabis to help in management of cancer, epilepsy and sickle cell anaemia. Currently clinical trials are being carried out at Tata Memorial Centre, All India Institute of Medical Sciences and a Raipur-based hospital.

Cannabis has first been mentioned a couple of thousand years ago in the Atharva Veda, whereas Ayurveda traditional texts do not mention this plant until the Middle Ages. The ayurvedic names of cannabis are “Vijaya” – ‘the one who conquers’ and “Siddhi” – ‘subtle power’, ‘achievement’. Ayurveda differentiates between three therapeutic parts of the plant. They have somewhat different actions on the body and mind.

Ayurveda prescribes the use of cannabis for the healthy and patients in six forms viz: powder (Churna), round Pills (Modaka), tablets (Vati), linctus (Leha), boiled with milk (Dugdhapaka) and decoctions (Kada). In addition, it is prescribed and traditionally used in various food forms viz, sweet drink (Sarbat), burfee, and laddoo. Cannabis is also used for chewing and it is added to the betel leaves (Pan). Some people used it as smoke (Dhomrapanam).

Ayurveda recommend the use of Cannabis after processing (boiling with milk etc.). In Ayurvedic works, about 51 important formulations containing Cannabis have been described:

In some of these formulations, the part of the Cannabis plant to be used is clearly specified. In some of them the seeds of the plant are used. In some formulations, ayurvedic herbs, metallic and mineral ingredients (Bhasma) are added for synergistic effect. Cannabis is indicated both for the healthy individuals and patients. By the former is used as an aphrodisiac and also as a rejuvenating agent.

Cannabis is indicated in Ayurveda for following conditions:-
(1) Sprue syndrome (Grahani)
(2) Male and female sterility (Bandhyatva)
(3) Impotency (Napunisakatva)
(4) Diarrhoea (Atisar)
(5) Indigestion (Ajirna)
(6) Epilepsy (Apasmar)
(7) Insanity (Unmada)
(8) Colic pain (Shula)

The toxicity of Cannabis is also described in Ayurveda along with management of the toxic effects using therapies and remedies.
Current Research

Cannabis leaves have been found effective in alleviating pain and other symptoms in cancer patients post chemotherapy and radiotherapy, according to a study conducted by an autonomous body under the ministry of AYUSH. The pilot study was carried out by the Central Council For Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) in collaboration with the Gujarat Ayurvedic University, Jamnagar, on patients undergoing treatment at the Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai.

AYUSH Cannabis to Stay Healthy After Cancer

admin No Comments

The human mind was created with genes. It carries so many powers /characteristics/diseases also and has the power to skip generations. Cancer is caused by genetic changes to DNA. There are herbs that can act on the mind and impact genes. This knowledge may help cancer patients. Lung cancer is three times deadlier than breast cancer. Prostate, Thyroid, Testicular, Melanoma, Breast cancers are curable while pancreatic cancer progresses rapidly, and no method of early detection has been discovered, it is one of the most dangerous types of cancer.

Severe pain often makes it hard for a person to feel comfortable and at peace as he or she dies. Cancer causes pain in many different ways, but there are ways to treat pain. Many people ask for safer and affordable Ayurvedic treatment Cannabis indica or Vijaya is useful to stay healthy after Cancer. Cannabis formulations have attracted many researchers for their medicinal values i.e. antiemetic against chemotherapy and pain management.

Cancer, one of the most deadly challenges spreading drastically in the 21st century, has now officially become the most dangerous killer in the world according to the World Health Organization. In the Ayurvedic concept, cancer is regarded as inflammatory or non-inflammatory swelling and mentioned either as ‘Granthi’ (minor neoplasm) or ‘Arbuda‘ (major neoplasm). The Neuro-endocrinal system (Vata energy), the proteinous enzyme system (Pitta energy), and the immune system (Kapha energy) are three basics of Ayurveda that are responsible for normal body function. In malignant tumors all three systems get out of control and lose mutual coordination that causes tissue damage, resulting in critical condition. Tridoshas cause excessive metabolic crises resulting in proliferation.

Ayurveda stimulates the self-healing abilities of the body. Depending on the cause, the site of the tumor, and the strength of the patient, large parts of the body channels are cleansed and the body tissues nourished and revitalized with herbs, diet, and Yogic supports. After chemotherapy Panch Karma will be beneficial for the recovery of both body and mind. Ayurveda utilizes a wide range of therapies and remedies to purify, rejuvenate, and support body tissues for natural recovery. Marijuana (Cannabis sativa, C. indica, or C. ruderalis) is known as bhang in Sanskrit. It has a long history of use in Ayurveda. Marijuana is classified as a semi-toxic substance by the ancient texts on Ayurvedic herbs, but it has been used in healing preparations after purification. Cannabis is efficient in the management of several types of cancers.

In India, Bhanga (Cannabis) is known as an Ayurvedic medicine since 1400-2000 BCE. Medicinal Cannabis has finally required attention and awareness, thanks to the ongoing research proving its miraculous benefits in Cancer pain management. Ayush Cannabis is meant for the application of purified and processed cannabis for medical and healthcare. Ayush Cannabis has abundant potential to treat various disorders and chronic diseases including cancer, nausea, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, depression, and pain management without exerting harmful side effects.

Ayush Cannabis is a potential tool to fight several types of cancer. It may be prescribed either alone or in combination with Vijaya extracts (Cannabril) and other herbs or mineral substances, according to the patient’s health needs. It is very effective to treat pain, anxiety, digestive disorders, inflammation, dysentery, sexual prowess, and many more. Pain relief, the side effects of chemo-radiation are the main issues in Cancer patients. We have noticed tremendous improvement in Pain, better than Morphine. Ayush Cannabis may give mild side effects such as dryness in the mouth, lowers blood pressure and blood sugar in some patients.

For better results following adjuvant supplements are recommended
(1) Lung Cancer– Herbal tea with Curcumin, Trikatu, Tulsi and Giloy
(2) Breast Cancer– Shatavari and Chandra Prabha Vati for hormonal balance
(3) Bone Cancer – Moti Pisti processed with Shilajeet, Curcumin, and black pepper

Agni Rasayana is a natural blend of Semecarpus Anacardium, Commiphora mukul, and Plumbago zeylanica processed with certified cannabidiol. It is useful in many neuro-muscular disabilities and cancer pain. People need to be ready to implement an Ayurvedic lifestyle such as eating more vegetables, stopping a lifelong habit of smoking, or reducing stress through Yogic breathing and relaxation. Nutrition of the body and elimination of waste products are often top-of-mind concerns for cancer survivors. It takes effort and preparation to handle the complexities of cancer treatment and then change one’s focus to staying healthy after cancer. But maintaining a healthy lifestyle after cancer is an important part of survivorship.

Unlocking the Health Benefits of Green Tea in Corona time

admin No Comments

Concerned about the COVID-19 virus threat? Me too. Although few of us are infected with the coronavirus Covid-19, we are all affected one way or another. Many are uncertain or concerned about what to do and how to behave. One solution? Tea. It is better than non-palatable Kada. I drink lots and lots of tea. And while I know this won’t prevent contracting the coronavirus, just like some of the other half-baked claims floating around on the internet. The leaves of the Camellia sinensis, popularly known as Green tea has been known for centuries to have many health benefits, including longer life and reduced occurrence of some chronic diseases. However, most people drink green tea for its restorative and calming effects.

It would not be incorrect to say that after tea and coffee, green tea is the most widely consumed beverage worldwide. It is popular not only for its weight loss properties but also for the health benefits it provides. It aids digestion, boosts immunity, calms your mind, and is good for your cardiovascular and brain health.

The most important thing to understand is that while green tea is healthier than traditional tea or coffee, it does not mean you can have it throughout the day. Surprisingly, the timing when you choose to drink the beverage may determine if you will have positive or negative side-effects.

To reap maximum health benefits from green tea, it is important to have it at the right time. New research suggests that the best time to drink green tea is in the morning and before physical exercise and Pranayama. Swapping your cup of coffee with green tea is the best way to kick start your day. Green tea contains some amount of caffeine and L-theanine. Both of them together can help to improve your mood and enhance your concentration level, especially in this boring corona time. Of course, you can add some mint leaves, lemon juice, and a teaspoon of honey to your green tea to improve its taste.

A Natural Synergy to fight Neuro-muscular Disabilities

Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), caused by dystrophin deficiency, results in chronic inflammation and irreversible skeletal muscle degeneration. There is currently a widening gap between the tidal wave of gene discovery in neuropsychiatric conditions and our poor understanding of rare genomic variants. If the human mind is created by genes, then mental modification can be applied for lasting relief of neuromuscular disabilities.

Medical Marijuana, Ashwagandha, Curcumin, and Boswellia have the potential to help with the symptoms of muscular dystrophy in several ways. The active compounds in these herbs are renowned for their ability to relieve inflammation and chronic pain and mental modifications. Medical Marijuana can induce physical relaxation to relieve symptoms such as muscle spasticity or stiffness, one of the critical problems for people with muscular dystrophy. The Cannabinoids of Marijuana and Withanolides of Ashwagandha also promote mental relaxation, and as such, could help with issues like insomnia and depression. The active principles block nuclear k-factor and will help delay muscle degeneration. These natural ingredients do not alter the patient’s genetic code or introduce genetic materials into the body.

If human beings are made by Chemistry and Consciousness then both can influence each other. Consciousness may now be understandable from an entirely new perspective, that of genetics. Genes are at the center of everything that makes us human. Genes are responsible for producing the proteins that run everything in our bodies. Some proteins are visible, such as the ones that compose our hair and skin. Others work out of sight, coordinating our basic biological functions. Our genes influence the development and function of the brain, and ultimately control how we move, think, feel, and behave.

A gene is a stretch of DNA that contains the instructions for making or regulating a specific protein. Genes that make proteins are called protein-coding genes. In order to make a protein, a molecule closely related to DNA called ribonucleic acid (RNA) first copies the code within DNA. Then, protein-manufacturing machinery within the cell scans the RNA, reading the nucleotides in groups of three. These triplets encode 20 distinct amino acids, which are the building blocks for proteins. The largest known human protein is a muscle protein called titin, which consists of about 27,000 amino acids.

Dystrophin is a cytoplasmic protein that connects the cytoskeleton of a muscle fiber to the surrounding matrix through the cell membrane. DMD, the largest known human gene, provides instructions for making a protein called dystrophin. This protein is located primarily in muscles used for movement (skeletal muscles) and in heart (cardiac) muscle. Mutations in the DMD gene alter the structure or function of dystrophin or prevent any functional dystrophin from being produced. Muscle cells without enough of this protein become damaged as muscles repeatedly contract and relax with use.

The synergy between cannabinoid Withanolides Curcumin and boswellic acid could help people with muscular dystrophy on a cellular level. The Ayush Samiti – the parent body of AMDS India, is investigating the effects of Withania somnifera, Boswellia serrata, Curcuma longa, and Cannabis India in the prevention and treatment of neuro-muscular disabilities. The goal is to understand the healing power of natural herbs to modulate gene-mind and brain architecture.

Nerve Damage and Neuropathy

admin No Comments

Consciousness is everything you experience, while Prana is the “life force” which flows through nerves. The
Pain and altered sensation; tingling; pins and needles sensations; burning; increased sensitivity to touch; muscle weakness or wasting; paralysis; dysfunction in organs or glands; or impairment to urination and sexual function are common problems associated with Neuropathy. There are more than 100 types of neuropathy. The most common causes are diabetes, over weight, blood pressure, auto-immune disorders, metabolic toxins, chronic liver failure and kidney diseases, hypothyroidism, amyloidosis, chemotherapy, ageing and poor nutrition. Healthy diet, drinks & Nerve supplements, and immuno-modulators along with Yogic breathing (Pranayama) are efficient Ayurvedic resources for prophylaxis and lasting relief.

Our brain is a bundle of neurons (nerve cells) and responsible for actions, and functional abilities along with thoughts, memory, and speech. Any disease or damage in the nerves leads to different kinds of disabilities. Nerves damage can lead to paralysis, weakness of muscles, lack of coordination, loss of sensation, seizures, pain, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease, erratic levels of consciousness, and many others. Ayurvedic therapies and remedies offer the safest treatment for disabling neuro-muscular problems.

Several blood tests help in the diagnosis. These can detect vitamin deficiencies, diabetes, abnormal immune function, and other indications of conditions that can cause peripheral neuropathy. Imaging tests such as CT and MRI, Nerve function tests, Electromyography, and nerve biopsy may be needed to pinpoint the root cause of nerve damage.

There are several chemotherapeutic medicines that are known to be neurotoxic and can damage nerves and can lead to neuropathy. Similarily several herbs such as Acorus calamus rhizoma, Cannabis sativa, Withania somnifera, Semecarpus anacordium, Akarkara, and many more in herbal combinations are useful in the safe management of Neuropathy. Akarkara is generally used to manage pain and inflammation related to arthritis due to its antioxidant property. Cannabis extract is an effective treatment in attenuating diabetic neuropathic pain, possibly through a strong antioxidant activity and a specific action upon nerve growth factor.

Nigella sativa, Ocimum sanctum, Phyllanthus amarus, Phyllanthus niruri, and Sesbania sesban have been scientifically verified for their efficacy in neuropathic pain. Acorus calamus and Aconite are traditionally used in the treatment and management of pain and severe inflammatory in Ayurveda. It is commonly used to relieve the muscle, joint, vascular, and nerve injury associated with severe inflammatory and neuropathic pain. While oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction promote neuropathy, substances with an antioxidative potency are possible candidates for the treatment of nerve damage related disabilities. Ayurvedic supplements such as Neuro Cons, Myo Cons, Detox Drink,, and capsules are efficient as a supportive treatment of neuropathies. While nerve degeneration has multiple possible mechanisms, a combination of herbs and therapies might be a promising opportunity focusing on multiple targets of degeneration or activating regeneration.
